Each operation is complete with all the necessary materials including a FREE 1″ high-efficiency pleated air filter** and performed by a seasoned professional.

Our trained American AC Heat Plumbing Technicians will perform a precision tune-up, professional cleaning, and safety inspection (that nearly takes 2 hours to perform) which includes the following 22-point procedures:

All system bearings are inspected for signs of wear and properly lubricated to extend the life of the system and reduce noise.

Measured to confirm it’s properly sized for your system, helping maximize cooling capacity and system efficiency.
We thoroughly clean the outdoor condenser coil with an eco-friendly cleaner (Simple Green) to help extend system life and improve heat transfer.
All built-in safety controls are tested and inspected to ensure your system operates securely and within safe parameters.
We check to ensure your disconnect box is correctly rated and safely installed for emergency shut-off access.
All electrical connections are inspected and tightened to prevent shorts, arcing, or potential hazards.
Your contactor is checked for pitting, burning, or wear that could prevent the system from turning on or off reliably.
We test all capacitors to verify they’re holding a charge and functioning properly, which is essential for motor startups.
Inspected for cracks, looseness, imbalance, or other issues that could reduce efficiency or cause damage.
Checked for missing caps, faulty seals, or signs of refrigerant leaks to help protect the system’s internal pressure and performance.
We measure the difference between return and supply air to confirm your system is cooling your home as it should.
We inspect visible ductwork for signs of energy loss, leaks, or damage that could affect air distribution and system performance.
The unit’s base is checked for proper isolation pads to minimize vibration, reduce noise, and protect the equipment.
We inspect insulation on refrigerant lines to ensure proper protection and cooling efficiency.
We use a sensitive detector to check all accessible fittings for potential refrigerant leaks that could compromise system performance.
