At American AC Heat Plumbing we set high standards for our employees because we believe it’s the best way to serve our customers. This is a major benefit to our clients and assures them that they will receive optimum service and a high degree of comfort and safety in their home.

If you are apply for employment with use, there are a few things you should know:

  • Tobacco Free: This is a non-tobacco company. No smoking, no dipping (on job sites).
  • Drug Free: We will conduct a pre-hire drug test and random drug tests.
  • Background Check: We will conduct an extensive criminal background check. If you have a felony conviction we cannot accept your application.
  • Excellent Communicator: Communication skills are of the utmost importance. These skills are required by all team members.
  • Education: We require a minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
  • Clean Cut: You must be well groomed. Business-like haircut only. No facial piercings.
  • Driver’s License: A current driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required for all field personnel. You must be at least 18 years old to drive.
  • Positive Attitude: Each team member must do whatever it takes to have each client say, “I love those guys!”
