Job Responsibilities

• Have the ability after initial training to install residential HVAC equipment
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Demonstrate respect and knowledge when communicating with clients on work performed
• Document installation work performed by completing applicable forms, reports and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with American AC Heat Plumbing quality and safety standards
• Continue to increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

Qualifications

• Strong communication, people skills and personability
• Clean cut is a must
• High degree of integrity and promote positive company image
• Analytical, focused on quality and results driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Strong, steady work history a must
• Pass mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have a valid drivers license, with acceptable driving record

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Work is performed in residential properties, must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, under houses and on roofs
• Moderate physical effort is required, including standing, squatting and sitting for extended periods of time
• Moderate exposure to physical risk
