Description

Our corporate office is looking for enthusiastic personnel with strong customer service and computer entry skills to work in call center. We look for a great speaking voice, someone who loves people and talking to them, a positive attitude, and someone who wants to grow with our company. Call Center is an inbound/outbound center to better serve our customers. We have competitive wages and performance based commission.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn all about our line of products and services in order to meet customers’ needs
  • Receive high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
  • Answer questions. Research and locate information for customers
  • Problem solving. Resolve issues by researching and exploring possible alternative solutions
  • Respond to requests for cancellation of services and persuade our customers to remain with us
  • Find ways to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
  • Maintain call center database be entering accurate and detailed record of customer interaction, complaints, comments and questions
  • Meet and exceed productivity standards and goals set by company while maintaining great customer service
  • Use proper telephone etiquette and adhere to telephone guidelines set in place
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Qualifications

  • Dedicated to providing superior customer service
  • Excellent phone and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Sound judgment skills, able to make decisions and resolve issues in a calm, clear and diplomatic manner
  • Able to talk and type accurately; typing speed minimum 40 wpm
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
  • Steady work history a must
  • Pass mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

  • Office environment, must be able to sit for extended periods of time
